Keeping Everyone Safe
As the COVID-19 pandemic situation continues to evolve, we remain committed to keeping all children, staff, their family members and members of the community safe.
We regularly evaluate our protocols and update them as needed, following guidelines from the Iowa Department of Human Services, along with recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Iowa Department of Public Health and the American Academy of Pediatrics.
To see our guidelines for reopening from the 2021-2022 school year, please download the PDF below. Since then, the CDC, Iowa DHS and other organizations we follow have updated their protocols for COVID-19.
As we plan and carry out our programming, we will continue to check these sources for guidance on best practices for safely dealing with COVID-19, and we will update our own protocols as needed.
