Delphine Douglass, PFCC Co-teacher, Co-curriculum Director and Center Director, has a master's degree in elementary education with a K-12 reading specialist certificate. She taught for 20 years in Texas and Louisiana, primarily in the areas of developmental and remedial reading and writing. Delphine has studied Waldorf education since 1997 at the Rudolf Steiner College in California, Rudolf Steiner Institute in Maine, with Novalis Institute in Minneapolis, Micha-el Institute in Portland, Oregon and has attended Waldorf intensives and conferences in Ann Arbor, Santa Fe, Viroqua, Wis.. She has operated Prairie Flower for 17 years.  Delphine and her husband Jim Werbel have one son, Ian.
